Cafe area Kitchen counter design

Below is an idea of how the counter area for the new canteen will look like, Final colours and exact detail still to be confirmed but along the lines of below.

"Going Up"

Stairs were delivered and erected on Monday, stud walls internally continuing to go up, Electrics, Security systems, Plumbing, all going in. The space is beginning to look more defined now.

Steel stairs concrete treads to go in.

The floors upstairs are now just about complete, internal studwork will start soon and the staircase will follow over the next week or 2.

Cafe Area

Below  gives you an idea of how the Cafe area will work within the cafeteria.

Supports removed

The expensive supports that held up the gable end while the new steelwork went in has now been removed.

Mezzanine

The mezzanine flooring is nearing completion, with the plasterers due to put in the new ceilings next week. the Electrician is in all this week doing the 1st fixing.

Work continues

Work is well underway, the floor joists for the mezzanine floor are going in and should be complete early next week, the new block work wall is complete. Steelwork to support the main gable end wall was delivered this morning and will be going in next week. The new entrance to the canteen area has just been opened up and the footings for the new entrance are now in. Over the next week things will start to take shape.
